Scholarships
The Ankeny Alumni Association scholarship program started in 2005. Each year the association awards scholarships to deserving graduating students from the Ankeny School District. Scholarship applicants are required to fill out an application and write a short essay. The essays are judged by a panel of past graduates and volunteers. Scholarship winners will be presented their scholarship checks at the association's annual dinner the Friday of Ankeny's SummerFest celebration.

Legacy Scholarship
The Ankeny Alumni Association offers the $700 Legacy Scholarship, available to be awarded to an Ankeny High School member of the Class of 2026 who is also a descendant of an Ankeny High School graduate (parent or grandparent); the awardee must be continuing their education at an institute of higher learning. You must be a graduate of the Ankeny High School Class of 2026 to be eligible. Applications are due April 12, 2026.
ACHS Alumni Scholarship
The Ankeny Alumni Association $500 ACHS Alumni Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from the ACHS Class of 2026. Applications are due April 12, 2026.
AHS Scholarship
The Ankeny Alumni Association $500 AHS Alumni Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from the AHS Class of 2025. Applications are due April 12, 2026.
